4th Generation 1957 Vanilla 50g

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the bright Virginias and light brown Burleys balance each other in this blend. The moisture level out of the pouch is just right for packing and lighting, and it burns evenly without needing constant relights.

The bright Virginias and light brown Burleys hold up beautifully in the bowl, burning slow and even without any bite. The vanilla comes through warm and natural on the retrohale, and it’s become my go-to when I want something easygoing after dinner.

The pouch note is a perfect balance of sweet and earthy, and it burns cool and slow in my cob pipe. Really pleasant room note that doesn't offend the wife.
