The chocolate flavor is deep and authentic, not artificial at all, and the fire-cured Cavendish gives it a wonderful smoky backbone. A 50g pouch lasts me a good while, and the room note is surprisingly pleasant for a dark blend.

The dark, rich burley gives this blend a satisfying body that lasts through an entire bowl. That fire-cured black cavendish sweetness with the chocolate notes is perfectly balanced, not cloying at all. I’m already reaching for a second pouch.

Sixty minutes in the pipe and the chocolate stayed bold without turning bitter. The black Cavendish and burley really balance each other well.
